You’ll perform chairside assisting (four-handed dentistry), sterilization, room setup and turnover, digital X-rays if certified, and charting in Dentrix, with training funded for

• Experienced or certified assistants welcome; you'll start toward the top of our range.
• New to dental? We fund your X-ray certification course once you've settled in.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a big plus—many patients speak Spanish.

What you'll do

• Chairside assisting (four-handed dentistry)

• Digital X-rays (if certified — and if you're not, read on)
• Patient comfort and charting in Dentrix

Who we're looking for

• Experienced or certified assistants (EFDA / RDA / CDA / DANB welcome) — you'll start toward the top of our range
• New to dental? We hire trainable people: in Maryland, you can legally assist chairside from day one, and we'll fund your X-ray certification course once you've settled in
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a big plus — many of our patients speak Spanish
