Job summary

Arlington Dental Aesthetics is seeking a compassionate Dental Assistant to support our dentists in a fast-paced practice in Arlington. You will prepare rooms, sterilize instruments, and assist during procedures while maintaining accurate patient records.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of experience, an X-ray certification, and excellent communication skills to educate patients on oral hygiene and care. We offer competitive pay, bonuses, and comprehensive benefits for eligible staff.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Dental Assisting experience preferred.
• X-ray certification required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare exam rooms, sterilize instruments and ensure equipment is ready for dentists.
• Assist dentists during procedures by handing instruments and anticipating needs.
• Take and process dental X-rays.
• Greet patients, schedule appointments and discuss oral hygiene.
• Maintain patient records and assist with payment procedures.
• Handle general administrative and other duties to support the practice.

The Dental Assistant “assists” our Dentist during a variety of dental procedures.
