South Anchorage Dental Center (SADC) is a premier, state-of-the-art 10-operatory practice with a massive local reputation for treating patients like family. As an ADC partner clinic, we provide the close-knit feel of a private practice backed by the stability, advanced technology, and professional growth opportunities of a national network.

Whether you are a recent graduate looking for elite mentorship or an established assistant wanting to break into high-end oral surgery and sedation workflows, SADC is the perfect place to build your future.

Why South Anchorage Dental Center is the Ultimate Career Launchpad:
  • Learn from Dental Artists: Work directly alongside Dr. Broc Brimhall (15+ years of expertise in advanced sedation and cosmetics) and Dr. Nicholas Boyce (a leader in complex IV Sedation, Dental Implants, and Bone Grafting).

  • Next-Level Clinical Exposure: You won't just be doing basic cleanings. At SADC, you will get hands-on exposure to cutting-edge procedures, including Implant dentistry, IV Sedation workflows, Invisalign, and advanced Oral Surgery.

  • Dynamic & Supportive Team Environment: With 10 busy operatories and a 6-day patient footprint, our office is fast-paced, collaborative, and full of energy. You will never be bored, and you will grow your skills exponentially faster than in a traditional, slower clinic.

  • A True Work Family: Our motto is "Come as a patient, leave as family." We extend that exact same warmth, mutual respect, and support to our clinical staff.

Your Impact as a Clinical Partner:
  • Patient Advocacy: Welcoming patients back, keeping them comfortable, and providing a reassuring, compassionate presence during their visits.

  • Flexibility: Comfort working a dynamic schedule within our Monday through Saturday (8:00 AM - 4:00 PM) hours.
