Full-Time Dental Assistant Job Description:

Mid America Health (MAH) is seeking a Full-Time Dental Assistant to join our AL team! Mid America Health is looking for a Dental Assistant to work Full-Time at 40 hours per week. The scheduled days of the week for this exciting opportunity are Tuesday through Friday from 6:00 am to 4:30 pm each day. This Dental Assistant position is located at the Limestone Correctional Facility in Harvest, AL. This dental assisting position is a very rewarding, low stress alternative to private practice dentistry. Mid America Health offers full benefits to full-time positions that include medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401k, significant paid time off, paid holidays, health savings, and flex spending. There are NO late nights or weekends required with this opportunity!! This position does require an occasional Saturday or Sunday once monthly to assist the oral surgeon. Pay is competitive at $18 plus per hour.

Full-Time Dental Assistant Job Duties:

Routine chairside duties include preventive, restorative, extraction, and prosthodontic care.

No ortho, crown & bridge, or endo required.

Administrative duties are also required.

Full-Time Dental Assistant Job Qualifications:

1 year experience and certificate from an accredited dental assisting program preferred.

MUST have CPR for Healthcare Providers.
