RPC Staffing in Dallas, TX is seeking an experienced Dental AR Representative / Billing Specialist II for an onsite, temporary project. Requires 3+ years in healthcare billing, AR, and strong insurance knowledge. The role offers daily 8-hour shifts, a rate of $23.07–$26/hour, and immediate benefits on hire.

The position emphasizes accuracy, communication, and thorough documentation while coordinating with dental and oral surgery practices. 40-hour work week with possible extension.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least three (3) years in accounts receivable / billing within healthcare.
• Strong understanding of dental and medical insurance.
• Proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook.
• High level of accuracy, efficiency, and accountability.
• Thorough researcher, excellent communication, and attention to detail.
• Effective bookkeeping and account management software proficiency
• In-depth knowledge of industry best practices.

Responsibilities

• Identify problem accounts with payors; investigate & correct errors, follow-up, resolve past-due accounts.
• Research inquiries into past-due balances, insurance guidelines.
• Resolve delinquent accounts; prepare payment plans, monitor adherence to plans.
• Prepare reports to identify and resolve AR issues.
• Post data; verify/perform mathematical computations; maintain files.
• Compose routine correspondence, appeals, etc.
• Work with Dental and Oral Surgery practices to receive needed documentation for patients, insurance carriers.
• Identify patient accounts for collection action when delinquent.
• Process the Account Receivable Report.
• Contact payors/insurance companies if delay in responding to statements or claims.
• Verify all demographics are correct when confirming account.
• Enter contact notes related to all communications regarding account including all methods of communications between patient, guarantor, insurance carrier, practice, & surgeon.
• Provide the utmost level of customer service to the practice.
• Provide support for other team personnel during periods of high activity.

Award winning org hiring experienced Dental AR Reps & Billing Specialist II of at least 2 years in medical (Dental/Oral surgery) billing, AR, claims, appeals, denials, to start within a project of minimum 3 months + extension, onsite in Dallas to review account information, correct discrepancies, & ensure accounts are properly billed. Starts ASAP with immediate benefits (listed below)
RATE $23.07/hr - $26/hr
SHIFT Mon to Fri, 8hr DAYS | 40hr/wk guaranteed
