Job summary

Qualifications

• Apparel product development experience, including sourcing and manufacturing.
• Denim finishing knowledge and denim-related processes.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in medium-large companies.
• Strong MS Office proficiency and collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Work with tech team to review samples and guide quality and cost.
• Partner with fabric team on denim development and styling assignments.
• Organize sample orders to suppliers to meet calendar deadlines.
• Track development and sampling activities through briefs and pre-production approvals.
• Submit on-time, accurate development costing aligned with margins.
• Analyze costs against margins and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Collaborate with Design on seasonal line development and aesthetic intent.
• Focus on denim finishes, including wash development.
• Streamline workflows and tools for faster lead times and lower costs.
• Support current and future business systems and best practices.
• Research new product innovations with Fabric and Design teams.
