Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of women's denim collections from concept through production.
• Research seasonal trends, washes, silhouettes, finishes, and emerging denim directions.
• Build commercially relevant assortments aligned to the brand aesthetic and seasonal strategy.
• Create CADs, technical sketches, wash references, and development packages.
• Partner with overseas factories and development teams; review wash panels, lab dips, strike-offs, prototypes, and samples.
• Collaborate with Technical Design on fit, proportion, construction, and execution of design intent.
• Work cross-functionally with Design, Merchandising, Sales, Product Development, Technical Design, and Sourcing.
• Maintain accurate line sheets, development tracking, and PDM records while managing deadlines.

We are seeking a talented, highly motivated Designer with strong women's denim experience to join a growing design team. This role will lead the design and development of the denim category while contributing to a cohesive women's sportswear collection.

The ideal candidate pairs deep denim expertise with strong commercial fashion sensibility. You will take ownership from early concept through production, balancing trend direction with product that resonates in the market.

What You'll Do

• Lead the design and development of women's denim collections from concept through production.
• Research seasonal trends, competitive product, washes, finishes, silhouettes, details, and emerging denim directions.
• Build commercially relevant assortments aligned to the overall brand aesthetic and seasonal strategy.
• Create CADs, technical sketches, wash references, and development packages.
• Partner with overseas factories and development teams; review wash panels, lab dips, strike-offs, prototypes, and samples.
• Collaborate with Technical Design on fit, proportion, construction, and execution of design intent.
• Work cross-functionally with Design, Merchandising, Sales, Product Development, Technical Design, and Sourcing.
• Maintain accurate line sheets, development tracking, and PDM records while managing seasonal-calendar deadlines.

What You'll Bring

• 5+ years of women's apparel design experience, including significant hands-on denim experience.
• Strong knowledge of denim fabrications, weights, stretch and recovery, washes, finishes, construction, and garment treatments.
• Excellent understanding of garment construction, fit, fabrication, and product development.
• Adobe Illustrator skills; Photoshop experience is preferred.
• Experience communicating directly with overseas factories and vendors.
• Strong organization, time management, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple developments independently.
