Baptist Health is seeking a Denials Specialist at its BHMC-Little Rock site to manage claim denials and drive timely reconsideration or appeals. The role requires documenting, tracking statuses, and collaborating with payors to resolve issues. You will assist PFS management in collecting data on root causes and denial prevention.

Ideal candidates have 5 years of medical billing experience and excellent analytical and communication skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Competenze

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor degree is preferred, not required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in medical billing and insurance.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
• Excellent critical thinking and analytical skills are required.
• Ability to communicate accurately, clearly and professionally.
