Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle telephone communication with patients, insurance companies and clinic personnel.
• Bill, collect and submit insurance and TPA claims per payer guidelines and procedures.
• Review and process credit balances from reports.
• Work all insurance denials in billing queues (paper and electronic).
• Monitor and process claim status and edits; manage paper/electronic queues.
• Complete assigned goals.
