Swissport in Denver is seeking a Lead Cargo Agent to organize warehousing and cargo handling, ensuring safety, SOP compliance, and efficient load/unload operations. The role emphasizes leadership in a fast-paced aviation environment.

The position offers a pay rate of $25.00/hour with full-time benefits including health and 401(k) matching, paid time off, and holidays. Strong teamwork and communication are essential for success in this role.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 3-5 years industry experience.
• 3 years managerial / supervisory experience.
• Ability to work in a team environment - Ability to deal with conflict.

• Technical knowledge of cargo equipment and systems.

Job Summary

Lead Cargo Agent organizes warehouse and storage facilities; arranges warehouse handling equipment and loads/unloads air cargo, while maintaining the required safety and quality standards as well as comply with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and company policies.
