Job summary

Jobot is seeking an experienced Demolition Project Manager to lead a landmark project in the Harrisburg area. The role requires extensive demolition leadership, excellent team management, and a strong track record in heavy industrial projects.

You will coordinate with stakeholders and ensure safety and regulatory compliance throughout the project lifecycle. The position offers excellent benefits, a 4/10 schedule, and potential relocation.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years in demolition, including Nuclear exposure.
• Experience with heavy commercial or industrial demolition projects.
• Experience with conventional and selective building demolition methods.
• Demolition using cranes, rigging, and implosion techniques.
• Proven track record managing large-scale demolition projects from start to finish.

Job Details

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role in the demolition industry including Nuclear
• Experience with Heavy Commercial or industrial demolition projects.
• Experience with conventional machine demolition, selective building demolition, demolition by cutting using both work methods
• Demolition utilizing cranes & rigging, implosion demolition and material processing/waste disposal of all types of demolition materials
• Proven track record of managing large-scale demolition projects from start to finish.
• Strong understanding of safety and environmental regulations in the demolition industry.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with a range of stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate and navigate challenges efficiently.
• Proficient in using construction management software and technology.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and budget requirements.
• Possession of a valid driver's license.
