Job summary

ACM Services, Inc. is seeking qualified Demolition Technicians to join our growing team in Rockville, MD. Overtime opportunities are available as needed to complete projects safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities include dismantling structures with hand, power, and heavy equipment, preparing sites with proper safety zones, and ensuring a clean, safe work area. Must follow PPE and safety protocols and report hazards promptly. Prior experience in demolition/construction is required.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.
• Experience in demolition or construction.
• Minimum of 1 year industry-related experience.
• Able to read and interpret plans and specifications.
• Background check successfully completed.
• Proficiency with mobile technology and job-related apps.
• Preferred: DOT physical certification; OSHA 10-Hour Construction Safety Training; First Aid and CPR; Confined Space Entry Training; Bilingual English/Spanish; Equipment operation experience (skid steers, excavators, scissor lifts, boom lifts).
