Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience managing construction, demolition, or abatement projects.
• Familiarity with asbestos abatement and environmental remediation preferred.
• Knowledge of regulatory frameworks (RI DEM, OSHA, EPA, etc.).
• OSHA 30 and Asbestos Supervisor certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead demolition, abatement, and sitework projects.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and safety protocols.
• Coordinate work plans, RFIs, and change orders.
• Monitor project budgets and schedules.
