Job summary

Lindamood Inc. is seeking a Parts Runner to support demolition field operations by ensuring timely pickup and delivery of equipment parts, tools, materials, and supplies to and from job sites, vendors, and company facilities.

This role helps keep demolition crews operational by minimizing equipment downtime and ensuring safe transport of large and heavy components in a fast-paced outdoor environment. A valid license and reliable delivery are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Experience towing utility/gooseneck trailers preferred.
• Familiarity with heavy equipment parts or demolition materials preferred.
• Ability to secure loads safely, including oversized/heavy components.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy materials.
• Strong time management and reliability in meeting delivery timelines.
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with field personnel.
• Comfortable working around active demolition job sites and heavy equipment.

Responsibilities

• Pick up and deliver demolition equipment parts, tools, and materials to active job sites and company locations.
• Transport items safely and efficiently while maintaining delivery schedules that support field productivity.
• Load and unload heavy equipment components, attachments, and oversized materials.
• Properly secure loads for transport, including large or irregularly shaped parts.
• Operate company trucks and tow trailers as needed.
• Verify accuracy and condition of parts before pickup and delivery.
• Maintain delivery logs, receipts, and communication with supervisors and field crews.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Perform basic vehicle and trailer inspections before and after use.
• Maintain cleanliness and safe operating condition of assigned vehicles and trailers.
• Follow all company safety policies, transportation regulations, and job site requirements.
