Job Description

This is a hybrid position as the lead working foreman and project manager.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

1. Daily Site Visits
2. Scheduling of jobs
3. Scheduling of employees
4. New Project Starts, shutting off water and electricity and handling any fine/complicated demolition needed
5. Making sure work is being done in a safe, clean, professional and efficient method
6. Dumpster Rental
7. Landfill Runs
8. Tool Rental
9. Material and Equipment Runs
10. Communication with Homeowner and/or General Contractor

Compensation:

1. $25-35 an hour based on experience and qualifications
2. Company Vehicle after 90 days
3. Health Insurance January 1st 2025

Requirements:

1. 5+ years demolition/construction experience
2. Must be able to drive a 1-1.5 ton truck and pull trailers and have or be willing to get CDL.
3. Must have general knowledge of structural framing, electricity, and plumbing.
4. Plus if you have experience in heavy equipment.
5. Plus if you have Lead Based Paint, Asbestos, and Mold Certifications.

Hours:

Normally Monday - Friday, 7-3 with 30 min paid lunch

Daily Routine:

1. Pick up/Drop off any material, equipment or rentals needed.
2. Check on jobsites
3. Daily scheduling and paperwork
4. Work at the jobsite you can be most utilized at
