Responsibilities

• Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment to demolish structures and remove debris safely and efficiently.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and drawings to understand project scope and demolition plans.
• Prepare sites by clearing debris, sorting materials for recycling or disposal, and setting up safety barriers.
• Support safety protocols, inspect sites, and document progress with reports.
• Collaborate with teammates on tasks like concrete breaking, framing removal, roofing teardown, and masonry cleanup.
• Assist with project planning by estimating material needs.
• Perform general site cleanup and ensure safety compliance.
