Job summary

The JPB Foundation in New York, NY seeks a Program Officer to lead grants for the Democracy portfolio under the Poverty Program. You will work with the Senior Program Officer to manage grantee relationships and ensure alignment with our mission to advance opportunity and justice.

Qualifications

• Experience managing grants and grantee relationships.
• Knowledge of democracy/governance funding and related policy issues.
• Ability to work with a Senior Program Officer to shape and manage a grant portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Manage grants and grantee relationships for the Poverty Program’s Democracy portfolio.
• Support the Senior Program Officer in coordinating grantmaking activities.
• Represent the foundation with partners and ensure alignment with mission and impact.
