Michiganders for Money Out of Politics is seeking a Field Organizer to engage voters, recruit volunteers, and build community presence across Michigan. This is an entry‑level, full‑time, in‑person role reporting to the Regional Field Director.

Responsibilities include door knocking, crowd canvassing, phone outreach, and coordinating large volunteer efforts to mobilize voters in support of Prop 2 and related democracy reforms. Travel within Michigan is required.

Aufgaben

• Engage in direct voter contact by knocking on doors, crowd canvassing, making phone calls, facilitating community events, and collecting commitments to Vote Yes on Prop 2
• Recruit, train, and manage volunteers and volunteer leaders to conduct direct voter contact and execute a large‑scale Get‑Out‑The‑Vote effort, including coordinating large volunteer events
• Plan for and use a number of tactics to hit daily and weekly metric goals for voter contact and volunteer engagement
• Other responsibilities as assigned by the Field Director. Travel will be required within the assigned region to meet with volunteers and voters and/or transfer supplies.
