Job summary

Presbyterian SeniorCare Network’s Woodside Place of Washington is seeking a Personal Care Aide (PCA)/Med Tech to support residents with daily living activities and medication administration within a dementia care environment.

You will work with a multidisciplinary team to ensure compassionate, person-centered care, following safety protocols, and assisting with ADLs and daily routines. Flexible shifts offered to fit staff and resident needs.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age with high school diploma or GED.
• Completion of Dementia Care and DHS Direct Care training during orientation.
• Obtain and maintain Medication Administration, CPR, and first aid certifications.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing and toileting.
• Support with meals and monitoring eating/drinking; promote good hygiene and self-esteem.
• Collaborate with the care team to maintain a person-centered culture.
