Presbyterian SeniorCare Network in New Wilmington, PA, is seeking a Personal Care Aide / Med Tech to assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing and toileting. This part-time role requires collaboration with team members to ensure a person-centered culture, while also managing medication administration and reporting changes in residents' conditions.

Ideal candidates will be 18+, hold a high school diploma or GED, and complete necessary certification in Dementia Care and Medication Administration. The position offers hourly pay ranging from $15.40 to $17.94 based on experience.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age with a high school diploma or general education degree (GED).
• Completion of certification requirements in Dementia Care and DHS Direct Care training during the orientation period.
• Obtain and maintain certification in Medication Administration, CPR, and first aid.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing and toileting.
• Serve meals or monitor eating/drinking.
• Accompany residents to various activities.
• Assist with admissions, discharges, and transfers of residents.
• Demonstrate knowledge of the Medication Administration Cycle.
