Job summary

Woodside Senior Communities seeks a Personal Care Assistant (PCA) to provide direct care in our assisted living facilities in Green Bay, Wisconsin. Starting wage is $20.00 per hour, with higher pay based on experience. Part-time or full-time positions are available to support our residents and team.

Under RN supervision, you will assist with daily living activities, document care, monitor residents’ condition, and promote dignity and safety in a resident-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification strongly preferred.
• Certification in medication administration or willingness to obtain required.
• Willingness to become certified in dementia care strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote resident directed care and highest level of function.
• Transfer residents in wheelchairs between rooms and areas.
• Administer medications as ordered after certification.
• Document accurately and keep charts organized.
• Respond to family inquiries and provide facility information.
• Practice infection control and bloodborne pathogen safety.
• Take and respond to resident call signals.
• Assist with mobility, bathing, grooming, dressing, and eating.
• Light housekeeping to maintain clean environments.
