Job summary

Arden Courts of Avon seeks a part-time Lifestyle Assistant to lead daily activity programs for residents and assist the Director in providing a full range of program services. This role requires tact, sensitivity, and professionalism to ensure industry-leading resident programming service delivery.

Qualifications

• Knowledge and experience with residents having dementia and appropriate therapeutic/behavioral interventions preferred.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English clearly.

• Provide daily activity programs for residents and assist the Director in delivering a full range of program services.
• Support implementation of resident programming and activity schedules.
