Kilcoy Global Foods North America is hiring a Supply Planner to translate customer demand into executable production and supply plans. You will align forecasted demand with capacity, material availability and inventory targets to support high service levels and efficient plant operations.

You will work with Sales, Operations, Procurement, Warehouse and Quality to manage forecasting reviews, capacity planning, and the end-to-end planning process, including S&OP input and risk mitigation.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, operations management or related field preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in supply planning, materials planning, inventory management or related discipline.
• Food, CPG or manufacturing environment experience highly desirable.
• Proficiency in ERP/WMS systems (Syspro and Translution experience a plus).
• Proficiency in Excel and advanced analytics.
• Strong analytical, organizational and time management skills; excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Convert demand forecasts into production plans and schedule production.
• Monitor inventory levels and adjust plans to meet service targets.
• Coordinate with Operations, Quality, Procurement and Logistics to resolve supply issues.
• Maintain planning data in ERP/MRP systems and track key KPIs like forecast accuracy and service levels.
