We currently have an excellent opportunity for an analytical and data-driven individual to join our team as our Demand & Supply Planner in our Broomfield, CO office.
The Demand and Supply Planner – North America will ensure the right inventory is available to meet customer demand and business plans for Sea to Summit across North America business. The position is responsible for leading demand, supply, and inventory planning for North America business. This position will regularly communicate and interact with regional and global teams including Commercial, Sales, Operations, Marketing, and Finance.
This role proactively highlights and addresses supply chain risks and issues that could affect the business particularly in relation to demand trends and customer service impacts while working collaboratively with other business units to improve and deliver accurate, robust and timely forecasts. This individual must thrive in a fast-paced environment and be capable of prioritizing and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
The Demand and Supply Planner – North America will have a dual reporting relationship with the North America GM and Planning Manager This position will work in tandem with various departments and maintain a flexible attitude, supporting all the work that helps in achieving organizational goals.

This is a full-time office-based position (2 remote work days); located in Broomfield, Colorado. This position comes with a comprehensive benefits package which includes health insurance (medical, dental, vision), retirement match, EAPs, paid time off, community service leave, paid holidays, wellness stipend, gear allowance, and some other great perks. The salary range for this role is $75,000 - $95,000 with the starting salary around the mid point of this range.
