Demand response is a core resource for maintaining electric system reliability, supporting customers, and advancing New York State clean energy goals by leveraging dispatchable distributed energy resources located at customer facilities.

The Demand Response Section Manager will lead the strategy, operations, regulatory, technology, stakeholder engagement, and people management functions needed to deliver Con Edisons suite of demand response programs. The Section Manager will oversee program performance, operational readiness, regulatory strategy and reporting, NYISO and Public Service Commission engagement, Direct Load Control and distributed energy resource initiatives, and the Demand Response Management System digital platform capabilities required to support reliable program execution and future growth.
