Job summary

Tyson Foods, Inc. in Springdale, Arkansas, is offering a year-round internship with the Prepared Foods Supply Chain Team to develop accurate forecasts and support downstream planning.

The role involves data entry, validation, reporting, and ad-hoc tasks for the Sales & Operations Demand Planning Team. It is in-person, part-time (20 hours/week) during the school year and full-time (40 hours/week) in summer, located at the World Headquarters.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate or graduate student in good standing required.
• Supply Chain, Agriculture, or Business-related majors preferred.
• Experience with desktop tools, especially Excel.
• Strong communication and attention to detail.
• Interested in a full-time position in Supply Chain with Tyson Foods, Inc.

Responsibilities

• Assist in forecast development for the Prepared Foods Supply Chain Team.

Summary

This position will assist the Prepared Foods Supply Chain Team in the development of an accurate forecast, supporting downstream planning activities. This internship is a year-round role where candidates are expected to work in person part time (20 hours/week) during the school year and in person full-time (40 hours per week) during the summer. This is a year-round paid internship located at our World Headquarters in Springdale, Arkansas.

Requirements

• Education: Current Undergraduate or Graduate student in good standing required.
• Supply Chain, Agriculture, or Business-related majors preferred.
• Experience: Experience with desktop tools.
• Communication Skills: Solid communication skills.
• Computer Skills: Strong Excel skills
• Special Skills: Attention to details; good organizational skills; ability to observe and understand processes; self-starter with the ability to work independently or in teams; interest in obtaining a full-time position in Supply Chain with Tyson Foods, Inc
