FUCHS is seeking a Demand Planning Manager in Harvey, IL to drive the demand forecast, participate in S&OP, and ensure inventory accuracy. You will work with sales, marketing, and operations to develop and monitor the demand plan.

Responsibilities include pre-plan analyses, DRM meetings, tracking forecast vs actual, and ensuring timely corrective actions. The role requires strong Excel skills, ERP experience (SAP), and leadership in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in demand forecast/analysis from a supply chain, accounting or sales perspective.
• ERP planning experience required; SAP preferred.
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills; highly organized and detail oriented.

Responsabilités

• Pre-plan analyses and statistical forecasting to create/measure the plan.
• Facilitate/support S&OP activities and the monthly DRM meetings.
• Track forecast vs actual, analyze deviations, and lead corrective actions.
