Job summary

Puig is seeking a Demand Planning Lead for BYREDO in North America. You will own the demand planning process, drive S&OP, and align supply, inventory, and commercial priorities across the region.

You’ll partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Logistics, and Finance to provide actionable forecast insights, manage inventory health, and support launches in a growing luxury fragrance and beauty business.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
  • 5+ years of experience in Demand Planning or related area.
  • Experience forecasting demand in the U.S. market.
  • Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office proficiency.
  • Experience with planning systems such as SAP IBP or similar.

Responsibilities

  • Own and enhance the Demand Planning process for the BYREDO brand in North America.
  • Lead the BYREDO workstream within the S&OP process and align brand demand with supply and commercial priorities.
  • Analyze market dynamics, seasonality, and trends to drive forecast adjustments.
  • Monitor inventory health and forecast accuracy to support targets and decisions.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Logistics, and Finance.
