The Opportunity

We are seeking a Manager, Demand Planning to optimize our supply chain by developing and analyzing demand forecasts, supporting S&OP processes, and collaborating cross-functionally to align demand with business objectives. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in demand planning, statistical analysis, and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

1. Demand Forecasting: Analyze and maintain demand forecasts using statistical models and historical data.
2. Inventory Management: Ensure product availability while minimizing excess inventory.
3. S&OP Participation: Facilitate communication and collaboration across teams to align demand and supply.
4. Data Analysis & Reporting: Identify trends and generate reports to support decision-making.
5. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with CMC, logistics, commercial, and finance teams.
6. Performance Monitoring: Track KPIs like forecast accuracy and inventory levels, and implement improvements.
7. Process Improvement: Identify and implement enhancements in demand planning systems and processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Statistics, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in demand planning, preferably in pharma/biotech.
• Strong analytical skills, experience with forecasting tools preferred.
• Problem-solving mindset, adaptable to fast-paced environments.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, Visual Basic, Office 365, and reporting tools.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Commitment to continuous learning.

What We Offer

• Base salary: $120,000 – 138,000, commensurate with experience.
