Position Overview:
The Demand Planning Manager is a key member of the Supply Chain & Procurement team, responsible for developing and executing consensus-based demand forecasts to ensure optimal inventory levels, minimize stockouts, and maximize customer satisfaction. This role requires strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, as well as a deep understanding of demand forecasting methodologies and supply chain principles. This role is critical to maintaining franchisee satisfaction and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Pay Range: $120,000 - $140,000
