Job summary

Danone North America, LLC, is hiring a Head of Demand Planning based in Louisville, CO or White Plains, NY. You will lead the GPS/S&OP process, drive 18-24 month consensus demand planning, and own the TOM improvements across Danone BUs and Sales Channels.

You will coach Directors and Senior Managers, ensure forecast accuracy, and partner with VP/GMs to optimize resource use, minimize obsolescence, and deliver finished goods efficiently in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• 12-15 years demand planning and leadership experience
• Advanced skills interfacing with senior leaders across multiple functions
• Knowledge of SAP APO/IBP, o9, Oracle, JDA, Kinaxis
• CPG industry experience
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making能力

Responsibilities

• Oversee and drive GPS/S&OP process with 18-24 month consensus planning
• Lead Demand Planning TOM implementation and cross-functional integration
• Ensure high forecast accuracy and adherence to planning cycles
• Mentor and develop a high-performing Demand Planning team
• Collaborate with Business Units, Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain leadership
