Job summary

Danone is seeking a Head of Demand Planning based in Louisville, KY with hybrid work options. You will lead the GPS/S&OP process, drive an 18–24 month consensus forecast, and partner across Danone BUs and Sales channels to optimize demand planning outcomes.

You will manage a team of Directors and Senior Managers, set forecast accuracy targets, and ensure KPI-driven outputs while applying best practices in SAP APO/IBP, o9, and other planning tools.

Qualifications

• BS degree in a relevant field; Masters preferred.
• 12–15 years of demand planning and leadership experience, including S&OP management.
• Strong interfacing with senior leaders across business units, sales, finance and supply chain.
• Experience with SAP ECC and planning tools (SAP APO/IBP, o9, Oracle, JDA, Kinaxis).
• Proven ability to translate analytics into actionable planning decisions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and drive monthly GPS/S&OP process and 18–24 month consensus demand planning.
• Lead implementation of demand planning TOMs and cross-functional interactions.
• Act as a key supply-chain leader during escalation with stakeholders.
• Ensure forecast outputs meet KPIs and communicate results effectively.
• Lead and develop a team of Directors, Senior Managers, and Planners.
