Job summary

Danone is seeking a Head of Demand Planning in Louisville, CO or White Plains, NY. The role leads the GPS/S&OP process, aligns across VPs, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain, and drives forecast accuracy and planning KPIs in a hybrid work environment.

You will guide Directors and Managers, manage a cross-functional team, and advance TOMs with a focus on service levels and cost efficiency. A strong background in SAP/IBP, o9, and S&OP is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or higher in a relevant field; Masters preferred.
• 12–15 years in demand planning and leadership including S&OP.
• Experience interfacing with senior leaders across functions.
• Knowledge of SAP APO/IBP, s&OP tools and planning systems.
• CPG/consumer goods experience; data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Oversee monthly GPS/S&OP process and 18–24 month consensus demand planning.
• Lead TOM implementations and cross-functional collaboration.
• Drive KPI coaching on forecast accuracy and planning cycles.
• Lead and develop a Demand Planning team across time fences.
• Improve tools usage and process efficiency across the function.
