BIC is seeking a Senior Manager, Demand Planning in Norwalk, US. This hybrid role leads the end-to-end demand planning for a $1B U.S. business across three categories and 1,400+ SKUs, driving IBP/S&OP maturity, forecast accuracy, and supply alignment.

You will develop a high-performing team, partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain, and translate market signals into actionable plans across multiple horizons to optimize revenue, inventory, and customer service.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Finance, or related field.
• 8-10 years of demand planning and supply chain experience.
• Proven leadership of teams and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience with IBP/S&OP and analytics to influence decisions.
• Experience with promotional, seasonal, and lifecycle-driven demand environments.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end monthly demand planning across all U.S. categories.
• Own the demand plan across 0-24 month horizons and LRP.
• Establish forecasting methodologies and improve forecast accuracy.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance to align demand with revenue plans.
• Build and develop a high-performing planning team.
• Drive IBP/S&OP maturity and planning excellence.
• Identify opportunities to simplify processes and improve decision speed.
