Job summary

LG Electronics is seeking a Senior Demand Planner for Home Appliance with Home Depot in Englewood Cliffs, NJ. You will manage CPFR activities, build and maintain forecast models, and collaborate with sales, finance and retailers to ensure accurate demand planning.

You will gather market intelligence, lead weekly reviews, and drive consensus forecasts while identifying opportunities to improve processes and network efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management or relevant field.
• APICS certification preferred.
• Strong written, verbal and in-person communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage CPFR activities with Home Depot and maintain forecast models.
• Incorporate market intelligence and BI data into forecasts.
• Participate in weekly calls to review sales, forecast and commitments.
• Facilitate consensus forecasts with sales teams and customers.
• Publish action plans and align decisions with stakeholders.
• Capture customer needs and demand changes proactively.
• Develop YOY analysis to validate forecasts against promos and market trends.
• Identify process improvements to optimize network strategy with customers.
• Share insights on demand shifts and market conditions.
• Negotiate allocations under factory constraints with BM/PM teams.
