FNA Group is seeking a Demand Planning Analyst II to join its supply chain team in Wisconsin. You will analyze demand patterns, help develop forecasts, and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and Finance to align plans with business needs.

Primary Purpose:
The Demand Planning Analyst II is responsible for supporting the demand forecasting and planning process through data analysis, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration. This role will help develop forecast insights, identify demand trends, improve forecasting accuracy, and support inventory planning decisions.
The ideal candidate is an analytical professional with 3-5 years of experience in demand planning, supply chain, inventory management, business analytics, or a related field. This position is designed for an individual who can independently analyze data and provide actionable recommendations while continuing to develop their planning expertise.
