Job summary

Dow is building a network of qualified candidates for Demand Analyst opportunities across our Commercial organization, with positions primarily located in Midland, MI. The role focuses on managing demand data, forecasting volumes, and coordinating with Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Finance, and Supply to ensure alignment and proactive issue resolution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant military experience at or above US E5 or Canadian Petty Officer 2nd Class or Sergeant ranking.
• At least 3 years of relevant working experience.
• U.S. work authorization required; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer prioritization and product allocation during regional order control situations.
• Manage monthly volume forecasts.
• OMP data management – tracking allocations and forecasts; manages prioritization and allocations during regional order control situations.
• Coordinate monthly Demand process through gathering, organizing, and analysis of demand data.
• Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Finance, and Supply to maintain integrated resolution of issues and opportunities to the plan.
