Job summary

Dow Chemical is building a talent network for Demand Analyst roles in Midland, MI. These opportunities focus on demand forecasting, data management, and cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Finance, and Supply Chain.

Ideal candidates will have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent military experience, at least 3 years in a relevant role, and the ability to work in the United States without visa sponsorship. Relocation assistance is not included.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant military experience at or above a U.S. E5 or Canadian Petty Officer 2nd Class or Sergeant ranking.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Ability to work legally in the United States; no visa sponsorship offered.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer prioritization and product allocation during regional order control situations.
• Manage monthly volume forecasts.
• OMP data management – tracking allocations and forecasts; coordinate demand and resolve issues.
• Coordinate monthly Demand process through gathering, organizing, and analyzing demand data.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Finance, and Supply to maintain an integrated plan.
