Fuchs Lubricants Co. in Massachusetts seeks a Demand Planning Analyst to lead and refine demand forecasts across commercial segments. You will support S&OP activities, ensuring timely information flow and collaborative planning with sales and operations teams.

The role requires 3+ years in demand forecasting, strong Excel and Power BI skills, and ERP planning experience (GP or SAP). Occasional travel (≈5%) is expected in a dynamic, global market.

• 3+ years of experience with demand forecast/analysis
• Experience with S&OP processes and Sales/Operations planning
• Strong Excel and Power BI for data analysis
• ERP planning experience (GP or SAP)
• Ability to travel occasionally (≈5%)

Responsabilidades

• Lead and refine demand forecast per commercial segment.
• Support S&OP activities and ensure timely information flow.
• Track forecast vs. actuals and drive corrective actions with sales.
• Create standard reports and dashboards for visibility.
• Consolidate demand planning projects across platforms.
