Parfums de Marly is seeking an analytical Demand Planner to join its Operations team. You will forecast demand, analyze trends, and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Supply Chain to align plans with promotions and launches.

The role requires 3+ years in demand planning or inventory management, a bachelor's in a related field, and strong Excel and SAP experience. The position is based in Hoboken, NJ and offers growth in a fast-growing luxury fragrance group.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in demand planning or inventory management.
• Experience with ERP and SAP.
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills.
• Knowledge of S&OP processes and KPIs.
• Excellent communication across functions.

Responsabilités

• Develop, maintain and improve rolling 18-24 month demand forecasts at SKU, channel and product family levels.
• Utilize statistical forecasting techniques and BI tools to generate accurate demand plans.
• Analyze historical sales data, market trends, seasonality, customer demand patterns, promotions and lifecycle impacts.
• Monitor forecast accuracy and forecast bias.
• Identify forecast risks and opportunities and provide mitigation strategies.
• Lead demand consensus meetings with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Supply Chain teams.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align demand plans with promotions and launches.
