Qualifications

• 2–4 years of direct experience in demand planning, supply chain, or inventory management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with demand forecasts, inventory data, and KPIs.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and data-driven decisions.
• Comfortable with planning tools and related technologies.
• Attention to detail and data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Develop, review, and reconcile periodic demand plans.
• Manage demand planning to maximize revenue and minimize excess inventory.
• Communicate forecast changes to stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve inventory issues.
• Lead demand and delivery performance analyses.
