Job summary

TTI Consumer Power Tools, Inc. is seeking a Demand Planner in Anderson, SC to maintain an accurate Production, Sales, and Inventory Plan.

You will work with Sales, product development, and distribution teams to align forecasts, shipments, and inventory targets while meeting service levels and turns goals. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience, plus 2+ years in supply chain and strong Excel and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics, business operations, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years of supply chain experience.
• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong analytical, statistical, and mathematical aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a PSI (Production, Sales, and Inventory) Plan to meet forecast demand.
• Define inventory needs to support customer replenishment and events.
• Analyze supply chain data from multiple sources for decision making.
• Coordinate factory orders to ensure adequate finished goods supply.
• Schedule regular meetings and report potential supply chain issues.
• Identify cost reduction opportunities and process improvements.
