Crane Co. is seeking a Demand Planner in Jurupa Valley, CA to maintain demand forecasts and support S&OP processes. You will analyze orders, backlog, and historical demand while coordinating with Production Planning and Procurement to manage risks and material readiness.

Responsabilités

• Maintain a rolling demand forecast by product, family, and horizon.
• Analyze customer orders, backlog, historical demand, and forecast changes.
• Prepare and support the monthly demand review and S&OP process.
• Measure forecast accuracy and bias; identify root causes.
• Translate system demand into purchasing and material planning requirements.
• Communicate demand changes and risks to Production Planning and Procurement.
• Identify shortage, excess, and obsolescence exposure before it affects operations.
• Support new-product introductions, phase-outs, and major customer/program changes.
• Expedite or de-expedite material based on production planned requirements.
• Support daily schedule and shortage/material-readiness reviews.
