Job summary

A global footwear company is seeking a Demand Planner to oversee and manage buying plans and demand forecasts. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Business and at least 3 years of experience in inventory or demand planning. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential, and familiarity with SAP/IBP and Power BI is a plus. Responsibilities

• Create and manage style/color-level flowed buy plan across multiple plants.
• Monitor actual demand and adjust production orders accordingly.
• Provide analytical support for the consensus demand planning process.
• Contribute to monthly inventory review meetings to align with financial and marketplace goals.
• Collaborate cross-functionally amongst multiple departments including Asia sourcing office.
• Align with buy plans and size-level purchase requisitions for production orders.
• Troubleshoot MOQ issues by collaborating cross-functionally to mitigate upcharges.

What will you be doing?

• Create: Create and manage style/color-level flowed buy plan across multiple plants with varying lead times
• Monitor: Monitor actual demand, adjust production orders and buy plans accordingly
• Analytics support: Provide analytical support for the consensus demand planning process. Analyze category and style size selling to align size and widths with consumer demand
• Reporting: Contribute to monthly inventory review meetings to ensure alignment with financial and marketplace goals
• Collaborate: Collaborate cross functionally amongst multiple departments including Asia sourcing office
• Issue size production orders: Align with buy plans and size-level purchase requisitions
• Troubleshoot: Troubleshoot MOQ Issues collaborating cross-functionally to mitigate upcharges
