KARL STORZ North America is seeking a Demand and New Products Planning Analyst to ensure accurate forecasting, inventory readiness, and successful product launches. The Demand and New Products Planning Analyst plays a critical role in ensuring our organization has the right inventory, at the right time, to support customer needs and business growth. In this role, you will partner closely with Marketing, Sales, Purchasing, Supply Planning, and Global Demand Planning teams to develop accurate demand forecasts, support new product launches, and drive continuous improvement within our planning processes. You will lead planning activities for Veterinary, Canada, Samples, and Rentals while supporting key S&OP and Integrated Business Planning (IBP) initiatives. This position offers the opportunity to influence inventory strategy, supply readiness, new product introductions, and cross-functional decision‑making across the business. This role follows a hybrid work schedule with 3 days remote and 2 days onsite in our Auburn, MA office. The compensation range for this role is between $73,600 - $95,600.
