About the role:
We are expanding our go-to-market strategy with a focus on Sales Led Growth (SLG) initiatives. As a Demand Generation Manager focused on SLG, you will lead the design and execution of targeted campaigns that generate qualified pipeline and revenue through our sales channels. This role combines strategic planning and hands-on campaign execution to support our growth targets.
What you'll do:
Campaign Strategy & Execution:
- Implement and manage integrated demand generation campaigns across channels such as Pay Per Lead programs, content downloads, webinars, LinkedIn ads, display ads, ABM platforms, influencer partnerships, and virtual events.
- Enhance demand initiatives that boost sales and marketing impact from tradeshows and hosted events.
- Achieve MQL and pipeline opportunities for new business and customer expansion.
- Optimize conversion metrics across the funnel (MQL to SQL, SQL to Opportunity, Opportunity to Close).
- Develop and oversee pay-per-lead programs and influencer marketing efforts.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Partner with sales leadership to align campaigns with revenue goals.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging.
- Work with data and analytics teams to measure and improve campaign performance.
- Provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders.
Who you are:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business.
- 5+ years of B2B SaaS demand generation experience, with a focus on Sales Led Growth.
- Proven success managing integrated campaigns across platforms like LinkedIn, Display, Pay-Per-Lead, ABM, and online events.
- Strong skills in CRM (Salesforce), Marketing Automation (HubSpot), ABM, and analytics tools (Tableau).
- Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders.
- Track record of meeting or exceeding pipeline and revenue targets.
- Experience in high-growth SaaS environments.
Bonus Points:
- Experience marketing to SMB and mid-market segments.
- Experience in CCaaS or related SaaS markets.
- Certifications in Salesforce, HubSpot, or ABM platforms.
- International marketing experience (US, UK, Australia).
