Job summary

DuPont Healthcare Solutions is seeking a Demand Fulfillment Specialist to connect customer demand with real-time supply chain execution and drive OTIF-R improvements across healthcare sites. You will own the Decision Center operating model, facilitate cross-functional reviews, and coach teams on standardized processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, engineering, operations, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in demand fulfillment, order management, or supply chain planning.
• Experience facilitating cross-functional operating reviews and driving actions through influence.

• Experience with SAP, ERP systems, or comparable platforms is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and deploy a standard Decision Center operating model for healthcare sites.
• Facilitate recurring cross-functional Decision Center reviews covering open orders, backorders, future OTIF-R risks, abnormal demand, supply disruptions, customer-driven exceptions, and execution constraints.
• Create practical standard work, process maps, templates, checklists, and role guides so each healthcare site follows a consistent process while retaining only necessary local variations.
• Ensure Decision Center discussions result in clear decisions, named owners, target dates, documented rationale, and timely follow-through.
• Coach site supply chain, customer service, operations, logistics, planning, and commercial participants on effective use of the Decision Center process.
• Monitor OTIF-R performance and at-risk order populations using dashboards and data; identify risks and opportunities for intervention.
• Coordinate root-cause reviews and countermeasures for OTIF-R misses with responsible functions.
• Differentiate customer-caused exceptions from company-controlled failures using documented evidence and rules.
• Escalate unresolved systemic issues such as inaccurate dates, lead-time settings, master-data gaps, capacity constraints, material shortages, logistics failures, or unclear process ownership.
• Convert recurring Decision Center findings into prioritized improvements and sustainable actions.
• Develop scorecards and process health measures showing actions, aging, and closure.
• Prepare updates for supply chain leadership on OTIF-R trends and countermeasures.
• Lead rollout planning, site readiness, training, and adoption for new processes.
• Document lessons learned and replicate countermeasures across sites.
• Support continuous improvement using structured problem-solving and data-driven decisions.

DuPont Healthcare Solutions is seeking a Demand Fulfillment Specialist to support its Healthcare business.

The Healthcare Solutions Demand Fulfillment Specialist (DFS) is responsible for connecting customer demand with real-time supply chain execution. The role will establish, standardize, and sustain cross-functional Decision Center processes that identify fulfillment risks, accelerate decisions, and improve OTIF-R performance across healthcare sites. The DFS will create disciplined review routines, coordinate resolution of abnormal demand and supply exceptions, and ensure late-order reason codes are collected consistently and accurately to enable root-cause analysis and targeted improvement.

Responsibilities

Decision Center Process Ownership

• Build and deploy a standard Decision Center operating model for healthcare sites, including meeting cadence, participants, inputs, prioritization rules, decision rights, escalation paths, action tracking, and closure criteria.
• Facilitate recurring cross-functional Decision Center reviews covering open orders, backorders, future OTIF-R risks, abnormal demand, supply disruptions, customer-driven exceptions, and execution constraints.
• Create practical standard work, process maps, templates, checklists, and role guides so each healthcare site follows a consistent process while retaining only necessary local variations.
• Ensure Decision Center discussions result in clear decisions, named owners, target dates, documented rationale, and timely follow-through.
• Coach site supply chain, customer service, operations, logistics, planning, and commercial participants on effective use of the Decision Center process.

OTIF-R Performance Improvement

• Monitor OTIF-R performance and at-risk order populations using approved dashboards and source data; identify recurring drivers, emerging risks, and opportunities for intervention.
• Coordinate root-cause reviews and countermeasures for the highest-impact OTIF-R misses, partnering with the functions that control the underlying process.
• Differentiate customer-caused exceptions from company-controlled failures using documented evidence and approved rules.
• Escalate unresolved systemic issues such as inaccurate dates, lead-time settings, master-data gaps, capacity constraints, material shortages, logistics failures, or unclear process ownership.
• Convert recurring Decision Center findings into prioritized improvement actions, Pareto analyses, and sustainable process changes.

Process Excellence, Reporting, and Change Management

• Develop Decision Center scorecards and process health measures that show actions, aging, closure, reason-code completeness, coding accuracy, and repeat root causes.

• Prepare concise updates for supply chain leadership on OTIF-R trends, key constraints, countermeasure progress, and decisions required.

• Lead rollout planning, site readiness assessments, training, communications, and adoption follow-up for new or revised fulfillment processes.

• Document lessons learned and replicate successful countermeasures across healthcare sites.

• Support continuous improvement using structured problem-solving and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

Required

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, engineering, operations, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in demand fulfillment, order management, supply chain planning, customer service, logistics, operations, or a related execution role.
• Experience facilitating cross-functional operating reviews and driving actions through influence.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work with detailed order-level data, identify patterns, and translate findings into clear actions.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment and maintain disciplined follow-through.

Preferred

• Experience with OTIF, delivery performance, backorder management, abnormal-demand escalation, or service-recovery processes.

• Experience establishing standard work, governance, reason-code structures, or data-quality controls across multiple sites.

• Planning or ERP system experience such as SAP, OMP, IQMS, or comparable platforms, plus experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools.

• Lean, Six Sigma Green Belt, APICS, or equivalent process-improvement or supply-chain certification.

• Experience supporting manufacturing networks with cross-functional and multi-site stakeholders.
