Role Overview: We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Demand and Supply Planning Specialist to support our planning team. Your responsibilities will include gathering and analyzing data, updating forecasts, and coordinating with internal departments to maintain optimal inventory levels and ensure smooth supply chain operations.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing and maintaining demand forecasts using historical data, market trends, and sales input.
• Support supply planning activities to ensure timely product availability.
• Monitor inventory levels and identify shortages or overstock issues.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, procurement, and logistics teams to align supply chain plans.
• Maintain and update planning tools and databases (ERP, Excel, forecasting software).
