Experis is seeking a Demand Analytics Planner in Englewood Cliffs, NJ. The role is hybrid (2 days onsite Tue/Wed) with a 1-year contract potential for extension or permanent conversion. Requires US citizenship or permanent residency and local NJ presence.

The candidate will shape forecasts, analyze models, and build Power BI dashboards to support cross-functional teams. Ideal applicants have Power BI and Excel skills, plus some AI experience, and 2–6 years in Planning Analytics.

Our client, consumer packaged foods industry is seeking a Demand Analytics Planner to join their team. Candidates must be US Citizens -OR- Permanent Residents and local to NJ. The ideal candidate will have Power BI (dashboard creation skills), Excel (v-lookup & pivot tables) and the ability to interact with cross functional teams, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Demand Analytics Planner Location: Englewood Cliffs, NJ (Hybrid: 2 days a week onsite Tues/Weds: Shuttle Service available for NYC, Hoboken and Edgewater NJ) Contract: 1 Year (extension and conversion to permanent possible) Pay Range: $38 - $44 hourly (possibly more for well qualified candidates) US Citizen and Green Card Holders ONLY

Job Details

• More Technical Role: Work cross functionally between Demand Planning and the Digital Team: Shape the baseline forecast that fuels our monthly S&OP cycle, ensuring teams begin with a strong and data grounded starting point.
• Interrogate and strengthen forecasting models using input stress tests, model diagnostics, and structured root cause analysis.
• Continuously elevate item and site level forecast accuracy through daily, weekly, and monthly Demand Analytics routines and partner with Planning Excellence, One Forecast, and Analytics teams to influence model improvements and machine learning interpretability
• Monitor forecast performance and l ead continuous improvement workstreams that address cross category patterns and systematically reduce forecast error implementing AI agents (working with AI Developer Team) to support analysis
• Apply innovation mindset to strengthen forecasting performance through mastering current technologies and pioneering new ones creating Power BI visualizations of data from multiple sources.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Data Engineering, Business Analytics, -OR- Equivalent experience.
• 2 - 6 years of experience in Planning Analytics (internships and co-ops are applicable)
• Required: Some Demand Planning experience and Systems: Power BI, Excel, some AI experience user level
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills along with AI and data visualization capabilities; machine learning forecasting is asset for this job, data engineering; Root cause analysis
• Strong stakeholder management and team leadership skills-across functions and levels and a track record of accountability, coaching others, breakthrough problem solving, and end to end Supply Chain thinking
• Strong communication, collaboration and presentation skills
