Qualifications

• Expert Deltek Vision knowledge with system configuration and reporting experience.
• Strong data quality and confidentiality practices.
• Experience in help desk and technical support roles.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize to meet deadlines.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of Deltek Vision user support and training.
• Provide Deltek Vision functionality support and training to end users.
• Assess user needs and proactively identify opportunities to leverage tools.
• Maintain data integrity through validation and process verification.
• Create and maintain system documentation and controls on changes.
• Participate in planning and rollouts of future configurations.
• Act as subject matter expert for Deltek Vision and VantagePoint.
• Support IT integration updates and feature rollouts with Enterprise Applications Manager.
• Develop knowledge of UKG and Newforma for integrated IT solutions.
• Stay informed on trends in application integration in A/E/C.
